Our Return and Refund Policy

We hope every Radiante Jewels creation brings light and emotion to your daily life. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you have the option to request a return or exchange under the conditions listed below.

 

Right of Withdrawal and Return Period

Pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from the contract and request a return within 14 days from the receipt of the product.

For the item to be eligible for a return, it must be in the same condition that you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging (including the pouch, box, and any gifts received). You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Initiating a Return

To start the procedure, please send us an email to radiantejewel@gmail.com stating your order number and the reason for the request.

If the return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Due to hygiene regulations, earrings cannot be returned.
  • Sale items (discounts), gift cards, and promotional items (gifts) are also excluded from refunds.

Please Note: Every Radiante Jewels piece is made with artisanal care and may show slight nuances or minor irregularities: these are not defects, but characteristics that make each piece unique.

 

Return Method and Costs

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
  • Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Radiante Jewels is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
  • Missing Original Packaging: If the original packaging (box, pouch) is not returned, the refunded amount may be reduced by €5.00.

 

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. In the case of a defective or incorrect item, we will proceed with the replacement or a full refund, including initial shipping costs.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, we will process the refund within 14 days to your original payment method. The refund will cover only the cost of the returned item, not the original shipping fees.

It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved, please contact us at radiantejewel@gmail.com.
