Order Processing Time

Orders are processed internally within 1-2 business days. This time is necessary to verify the order, prepare, package, and pack the product before shipment. Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays).

Domestic Shipping (Italy)

Service and Costs:

  • Flat Rate: €5.50 for all shipments within Italy. FREE for orders over €100.00.
  • Carrier Used: Selected Express Courier
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2-3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), starting from the moment the order is picked up by the courier.

International Shipping (Europe)

Service and Costs:

  • Flat Rate: €12.50 for all shipments to European Union (EU) countries. FREE for orders over €100.00.
  • Carrier Used: Selected Express Courier
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), starting from the moment the order is picked up by the courier.

Delivery Times and Responsibility

The estimated delivery times are indicated in business days and are purely indicative. Radiante Jewels is not responsible for any delays due to carriers or force majeure events.

Order Tracking

As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and the direct link to the courier's website to monitor the shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. If the package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the cost of reshipment will be borne by the customer.

Damages or Loss

  • Damages: If the package arrives damaged, please accept it with reservation or refuse it. Take photos of the damage and contact our Customer Service immediately at radiantejewel@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Loss: If a package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will initiate a claim procedure and assist you with its resolution.
